I've used this cleaner on just about everything around the kitchen and bathroom. It's great on UPVC frames, for getting long-standing stains off cupboards, scuffs from skirting boards.

I discovered Chemico in Truro, Cornwall, whilst on holiday at the flat we used to own on the north coast. Having been unable to replace the taps on the bath without major plumbing work, I found that Chemico rejuvenated the old taps and plughole to an impressive degree. I subsequently brought some Chemico back home from Cornwall and then found it in a local ironmongers shop. To my utter dismay I have just discovered that they no longer stock it. I have therefore been forced to find it on the Internet, as I cannot be without a plentiful supply in my cleaning cupboard. When nothing else works, Chemico does the job!

I am permanently mystified as to why the stuiff is not for sale in every supermarket. I have yet to find a job it cannot do. It is am amazing cleaner - and an amazing degreaser. I now automatically reach for it for just about every job and (saddo that I am) enjoy trying it out on new challenges. I cleans stainless steel - 100% non abrasive - it also removes adhesive from cd covers etc i.e. when you peel a price or other sticker off and it rips. Just get some pink stuff and start rubbing. However I also used it to remove rust stains from my outdoor ceramic times. These are just some of the more unusual applications. For standard cleaning jobs, you won't find a cleaner like this (and Astonish is not in the same league at all). Buy it and spread the word.
