Jakemans Throat and Chest Lozenges.
ELISE MISCHE: I first tried these lozenges while studying abroad in England -and carried them with me during travels all throughout Europe. As a person familiar with frequent upper respiratory and sinus irritations (and infections), these lozenges warded off inflammation and cleared passages completely. I know that diet and exercise are crucial to staying healthy, but I do credit these lozenges with aiding me in the the process while studying and traveling each week.
