KAREN JEFFERY: I use this bar in the shower instead of shower gel. Rubbed on to a wet sponge it lathers very well, better than a lot of shower gels and doesn't leave my dry skin itchy. This is so good I can even skip an odd day without using body lotion with no ill effects. It might seem expensive, but it is a hard bar of soap and even used every day goes down very slowly, well worth the money, plus it's eco friendly as no plastic bottles to dispose of!
